I don't think we will have much problem with it being too sunny, but I am still bringing my cannopy. I am waiting to see which site I will get and keep you posted. We will be pulling in late Friday evening. Is anybody else bringing dirtbikes or quads? I am bring bikes as well.

The campground keeps some strange hours but they will call you back, eventually.

I'm a little pumped up too.
Finally heard back from the camp ground, I'm in space #23.
This should be across the aisle from you guys - but no sewer hook up.
This will save me $5 a night.
I need to save money.

So let's say a guy has 3 quads and a Pilot to fit in to his toy hauler.
Not the minivan pilot, the real one (I have one of the minivan ones too).
But he gets to the Bad Lands and goes a little bit crazy and buys an Odyssey.
Now he needs to fit an extra vehicle in the toy hauler.

One of the AVTs goes int he back of the truck.
New toy backs in all the way up to the Kitchen sink beside the stove.
The two smaller ATVs fit side by side between the wheel wells.
The Pilot gets turned sideways and slid in to the back.
Pilot is too 'square' to turn once its inside.

You need wheel dollies under each tire to load the pilot sideways.

I have turned my pilot sideways in my toy hauler before. I just nose it in on an angle, then muscle it around, it can be done. Shoubadaba gets his turned sideways on his ramp, then walks it on it, moving each side a little at a time.

That was an awesome trip. We rode, we conquered the muddy terrain, we ate, we drank, we wrenched, and we saw what happens when a buggy goes flying into a tree. Oh and yes, the fun is continuing now for another day. If you thought about going, you should have as it was a great time finally getting to hang out with our fellow riders. My son had a blast and said he loved hangin with the big boys. We are looking forward to go and rip it up again soon.

Also, I bought a new (to me) toy.
I had been looking at Craigslist for an FL350 off and on.
Usually you get 4 photos (one of the sellers dog) and a brief description claiming a recent rebuild.

I saw Hosers 350 for sale.
3 pages of history, pictures and what he had done to it.
The Engine is not 'rebuilt', it's Hoserized.
And delivery to the Badlands - extended 2 day test drive with follow up warrenty service (I fouled a plug).
This was an Ideal situation for me.

Not only that, Hoser offerd to take the Pilot home for me if I coulden't fit everything in the trailer.
When I realized he ment his home...

So in that pic, I saw 9 buggys and 10 drivers. Was someone "ridin' a pole"?

Looks like you guys had fun. I will be doin some duning, drinking, and hopefully not so much wrenching this coming weekend.
