Got all my videos uploaded finally. The videos of trucks getting stuck and pulling each other out were taken and uploaded from my phone. Video quality is pretty good I think. Other videos were taken with my GoPro. Disregard the numbers at the beginning of the titles, it is just how I keep track of my videos.

Recovery strap...don't leave home without it.

They store energy when they stretch..then...pop goes the stuck vehicle.

Yeah, it really sounds strange on camera. Maybe the camera is just picking up the clutches and belt for some reason? It sure doesnt sound like that while riding. Damn near ear piercing. I usually wear ear plugs, but forgot them this trip.

I think my yellow one is rated for 30,000LBS. Shoubadaba uses this super thick white rope, looks like something you would find on a ocean freighter or something. It has loops on each end. We actually found it in a garage at a friends house when he moved in, so no real details on it. Although one time it was laying in the front yard and this lady drove by, turned her car around and made another pass and was staring at the rope, then she shouted out, "Is that a snake?!?!??!?!?!" Holy shit it was funny!

Great videos guys.... :-) Still downloading my videos... Was that PPP rolling at Pismo,,, great video

WoW, Pismo was a super fun and exciting place to ride.... We all had a great time and was a pleasure to go ride with such a good group of people....

Thanks to Shoubadaba and family for pulling the RV in and out the the sand,,,, I couldn't believe how deep the sand was.....

The riding was beautiful, it was about 70 degrees the whole time we were there..... The Fl350's ran really well, no wrecks or rollovers... :-) The second day the rear heim broke and luckily when the rear tire swung around it did not
damage the shock or axle, we went to a hardware store and found a heim so my nephew could keep riding.... My fl350 did not fare so well.... The last ride the transmission pissed all its fluid from the gasket in front of the tranny.... Time to take it apart and rebuild... fun fun

Cant wait for the next ride..... Dune Dart ::: :::

The yellow straps are called snatch straps I believe. JC Whitney sells them in all different sizes and weight ratings. Sure beats the log chain. Plus if they break it won't smash the crap out of your vehicle.

Edit: here's the link. First chain through the windshield will buy you several of these.
