it is beautiful here now. Anyone waiting to make sure they get a spot doesn't have to. I have the big spot at South campground. All will fit snug maybe

we're having a good time out here. Last night we ended up in the motorhome and played some holdem. Eric took our money. Cold out today so we are staying in eating. More cards soon I am sure. Drak is running great.

Oh my. When I left home I had snow and Ice on my ride as it snow while I was tossing and turning in bed that night in anticipation to hit the road and get some sand. I studied the weather report so I had a good idea when to leave and when the ridding conditions would be prime and prime it was. Needless to say I tried my best to mark up every inch of the virgin sand conditions. I was even able to find a fresh powder and busted it a good one with the skid plate. It reminded me of drakmans famous sand sandwich, all I lacked was the sweet sound of the tiger in the band. Man I was like a kid in the candy store not real sure where or what to hit first. Brain said: right left right left no straight just keep the peddle to the metal yaa, yya, yya more-more-more, look over there fresh sand no over there,no over there.

The first run was kinda short as it was a test run for conditions laying out the for high speed runs while waiting on another to join in, one on it's lid was enough. To save on the bla bla bla. When we hit it it was on the gas until the fuel light lit and each run was the same. I was not even gona thank about stopping until the light was lit.

I was even able to take a new ride for a drive. Not sure it was a good idea as I tend to break things but after all he said go ahead. Out side I hold my emotions back inside I was all gitty. Helmet wheres my helmet before he thanks it through and changes his mind. I took it out and did some shake down runs then it was hammer time and I liked it, liked it a lot. Lot faster and harder acceleration than my pilot that for sure. Finally I can drive like FL 670, yep one arm on the door and one on the wheel whistling a tune in my head out for a Sunday drive, could that be how he ended up on his lid. I then started to get comfortable, to comfortable and returned it for once with out damage. I must say it was the most comfortable ride I have ever had in the sand. I did notice a fender bolt missing upon return so I may take claim to its missing to keep my streak alive.

Thanks to all for the invite and allowing me to share in the fun.

It appears Eric (ez71pilot) had something important to say in one of these shots since the camera was ignored.. Drak man was moving slow this morning.

FL670R was leading, I was behind him and ez71pilot behind me. We were running the trails as well as the bigger dunes when all of a sudden FL670r went over a dune. I could tell by his whip that he probably was not going to land on his wheels. By the time I eased over the dune he was finishing his rolls and came to a rest at the bottom. I felt he was going to be hurt so I circled him so I could see into the roll cage. By that time ez71pilot came sliding down the dune to a stop and jumped out. Dennis and Eric put ol blue back on its wheels and looked her over. Dennis ended up with some bruises but was OK other than that. By this time it was starting to get dark and the rain was coming with the darkness so we got her pulled back to camp, covered everything up and got in the camper for some drinks and cards.. Ez71pilot cleaned us all out that night, he was hot or one hell of a bluffer??????

Lots of fun was had by all.

All the above, too fast, drop off, did not see it, came on real quick.. A slight mis calculation on the dunes can be costly.. He was fine but the drak will need some fixing.

Heck I would say that is what happens when you on the edge. The edge is what its all about in order to feed the rush. Nothing like dancing on the edge with either a "you who" or "rut ru", either way the rush out ways the risk. I say feed the need fix it and go back for more. No finer example then FL670 and Spcled1.

Here is the only pics I took. Talk about boring.

Heres a video, sorry its so shaky, the leader was looking to mark his territory and it didnt matter if it was choppy sand or not as long as it was virgin!

Thanks for shooting and loading the video stixs. That cat is a nice kitty and fun to drive. If they had a single seat version it would be a bad mother. I hope Honda is paying attention to the advances in UTV'S. Come on Honda!
