Illini state park it very close to. It's a pretty nice campground. Last time I stayed there they had a nice shower house and restrooms. Was I think around $30 a night. If you did the Wally World thing which is free you could stop at the Pilot/Road Ranger truck stop for a shower. Only a few bucks and its a clean facility.

On their website and Facebook page, they've still got this event on June 28th-30th. Per the FB page, registration is open but the latest post is Mar 22nd. I sent them a FB message and an email to see if/when they're running the SxS and/or UTV races.
