Will be cool to finally see that pilot in motion other than me pushing it! LOL. And I still havent met the new owner. Curious to see that 583 in action and how it will compare to the Revolt. It will probably smoke me.

I would like to see it in action also. I have never driven a revolt or even rode with one. We will see if all the hype about the rotax 583 is worth it or not.
Thanks for pushing it :)
Haven't you seen chris' s drakart in action? that's a 583 right?

we have seen it run for a few minutes. LOL! first time he rode it he broke a belt after 10 min. Then replaced belt and he broke an axle 15 min after that. Then that got fixed he took it to the track and it wouldn't run right and his shocks were blown. He got king shocks and took it to the track and would run right. He rebuilt the Engine then took it to the track and ran all of practice to break in Engine at a slow pace. Then in the heat race 45 seconds in he hit a pole. SO we have seen a glimps of it.

Yeah, no kidding. Halo has had some bad luck with his Drak to say the least. Wonder if it will be done and ready for Dumont in 4 weeks? I did get to drive his Drak for a few minutes at the track, took it around to the back side of the track where there was a nice open drag strip and I opened it up. Seemed to pull quite nicely. However I didnt like the pilot steering wheel with the thumb throttle having to push open 2 carb slides/springs. Good thing Jordan's pilot has an actual gas pedal!

Hopefully the Drak will be finished in time. Any progress?

Damn, less than 4 weeks away, cant freakin wait! Need to do full fluid service to the RZR. Revolt is prepped and ready, although the shocks have been leaking. Might try to squeeze one more trip out of them before I have to rebuild. On the plus side, the side panels and skid plate are now removable.
