Hey, I have been there, Hot Wells Dunes!

Not much dunes but fun riding area. Did you do the leap off one of the many cliffs there? The trip was to catch the rear wheels of the Pilot just as you rolled off the edge, free fall nose down and land on the transition to the flat ground....

That is a fun little place. I went there a couple of years ago, just after Thanksgiving, it was practically deserted. A couple in a motorhome enjoying the hot tubs, me riding, a two guys on bikes. After racing up and down the hills, washes, and cliffs, I got to talking to the guys on bikes. I was curious about some fresh cut flowers at one of the hills, turns out someone had been killed there the weekend before. The perfect place to go if you have a date with you.
