I remember seeing that sandrail jump at 4:05 and thinking, "I want to jump like that, looks fun, high speed, nice smooth landing"

Cool video! Ya know Kuma, out of the group that we were with, I think you were the only one that was able to keep up with me in the Revolt! I found myself backing off quite a bit to let the rest catch up and every time I backed off, you were right there with me. AND I wasn't running fill pace either. I guess quads get hammered on in the rough stuff more than bikes do. Plus I know you can ride the piss out of that 500!

Any work on your cannondale's swing arm yet?

I think I could keep up on the quad also, the sand wasn't bad at all, it was different and I had a hard time on the bike with it being packed as it was, not much traction with the front and plenty with the back :-)
the only part that was bad with the quad was the inside bowls where it got all loamy, later in the week when it started drying out it was all good.

pulled the swing arm off, the only thing holding it from being in 2 pieces was a 6 mm screw holding the chain guide on and the brake stay. it rolled forward ok but I had to pull the chain off to roll it back out of the trailer. it's amazing it made it back to camp and even more so that it held together to the point that we noticed it

It is using rear suspension components from honda CR250, upper shock mount shock and swingarm casting.
Here's a build thread on the quad. http://bannedcr500riders.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=12133

Got my first set of videos up. The bottom 4 are jump videos. The very last one is the best jump. You can hear me say a few choice words as I exit the Revolt LOL

Got my last videos up. Experimented with a few new camera positions. I had another position, but I guess the remote control didn't work right and I didn't get any video from it. Oh well, next time.

This video you can see why I had a hyme break on the sway bar. I am going to spacer it better and also get chromoly hymes for next run. I do two donuts here...

Thanks for the videos!

Did you ever get the propane issue sorted out in the heating system in your RV?

I haven't had time to work on the RV yet. Later on this week I plan to pull it down and fill it and see if that solves the problem. Keeping fingers crossed.
