Should be a good year. Should get 7 cars on good weekends. I doubt I will make all of them with working the Lucas Races but Peter and I will do what we can. Plus Steve, Chris, Maybe Doug and whoever else we can get.

He has 3 Briggs Gen3 cars with 500CC engines. Here is a pic of one from a few years ago at Glen Helen

I'm willing to bet $20 that the three cars will not be completed by Feb.

Assemble 1 complete car and do Engine swaps on all 3 to cr500 converted pilot engines. Finish replacing all the old hardware and wire all 3 cars then tune the engines and clutches. Groove all the new snow tires he bought for all 3 cars. Just a few things

Why not just do one car at a time and run the old engines until he has time to do the next one, have him join here and start a thread in Projects heck I can create a world for him too :-)

The Dirt Series is going to want some kind of rules. I know a lot of guys already have bigger engines than the old rules allowed so we need to change some things. How about 600CC 2 Stroke, 1000CC 4 stroke? What about the CVT only? Keep it or forget it since most of these tracks are so tight the manual shift doesnt really have an advantage. 72"width still seems good. What about wheelbase? Do we want a Min Weight rule?

Heres some rules for just our cars that will work well.

600cc 2 stroke 1000cc 4 stroke
any transmission
72 wide
70 inch wheelbase
minimum weight with driver 700lbs
no headlights
nets and hand restraints manditory
Should we piss off the superlite guys and say atv tires only LoL to even the playing field

Sounds good except the Redlines have a 74" Wheelbase. Maybe make that 75". this was just class rules. safety rules will Require Window nets, fire Extinguishers, 4 or 5 point seat belts, Etc.

Hi everyone im new to this serie, and i have been looking for a long time for a good serie for my beast. i am very exciting i am just finishing my fl350 440 rotax conversion and if my beast is ready ill be there.
I have one question: what type of mods are legal and which one are not?
For example I have a small rack and pinion on my beast.

Thanx everyone and I hope to be there, peace from AZ

if its not on the rules it legal. You can run any steering you want or car as long as it conforms to the rules we have listed here. As long as your car is Deemed safe in tech then your good.
