Went to Brookton,Smart Rd Farm(1 1/2 hrs E/Perth) on Saturday to do some promo vids for Dirt High Moto Events upcoming MX + Superlites Enduro in Sept.
Had a balltearer time on the adjacent ol small track, which will be amalgamated with a longer natural terrain bush track course.
Been so !@#$ long since I wheel to wheeled in the FL800.Once I got back into the race groove,it was like gettin' back into ya favourite ol jeans.
Was having trouble with my HellCam,but here's something to watch, plus another member's Canam buggy cam + aerial view RC plane.
Willie Thomson-Promotor-was taking vids at the last bend back onto the straight.Have'nt seen those yet, hope to soon.

This was taken from Mark's Canam, then RC plane.

This vid is part of the rough natural section that will join with the loop.Damn HellCam cuts out after a few minutes!

No worries Bull, bout time I posted a vid or 2.
Yeah we got lucky with the weather, had a fair bit of rain this winter start.
Our winter is June-July-August,this June was nearly back to average June rainfall, need it too,as have had bad bouts of drought here over the past decade.
Poor ol farmers doing it tough year in,year out.
Brookton is a farming area, wheat, grain crops mainly,+SHEEP(ssshhhh-don't tell nukem bout the woolywomen). :-)
Morning start was cold, around 1Cmin-34F,rain stayed away just in time.Cool crisp air, nice for the 2 stroker.

Stixy, you nailed it mate,Elvira it is!
Here's her story. When Ak was doing the crating etc for the epic downunder journey,he asked me if anything else needed doing,as he was nearly finished.
I said yes,can you put a sticker over the honda emblem on the yoke fascia,to hide it from certain eyes?
He said yeap, have just the right sticker.Elvira!
So that's how she came downunder to me! that don't sound right do it? :-)
I liked her so much, that now she's my lucky charm, mascot, just could'nt remove her from my yoke.
Yeap Elvira is still rockin' it with me! :-)
It was Ak's final attention to detail that he's famous for...he's like that.
