Here's a little video from our trip to Sand Mountain this past weekend.

It's un-edited but enjoy.

Sand Mountain Nevada. Its about 1.5 hours due east of Reno on Highway 50.

Its a Go Pro unit. I believe where it was mounted was getting interference from the Ody's CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) unit.

Nice to see Sand Mountain again. Haven't been there in years. Looks like they've shut quite a bit down since I was last there.
Any video of yo going up comp hill Rand?

Unfortunately no.

Ody's don't have enough power to get completely to the top. Even Ridindirty with his modified Ody could only get just over 2/3rds of the way to the top.

We have really large moles here in Nevada!

Maybe it is so bumpy because of the FL350 suspension? LOL.

Rand, try mounting the camera somewhere you can get parts of the ody in the foreground. I loved the camera position I had on my FL400 in this video...

I really like being able to see the front tires when they come off the ground. Plus it is a little easier to control the camera from this spot too.

That day the dunes were really chewed up because the sand was a little wet and everyone and hid cousin were out riding and making big ruts.

The front is completely stock so it could use a little tweaking. The rear was the first ride out with the Fox shocks. They worked pretty well but I have them set up just a little on the stiff side for my fat ass. RidinDirty who weighs a lot less than my fat ass took it out and said it felt like a rock

Interesting perspective but I'm not the one who owns the GoPro.....It's RidinDirty. He just wanted pictures of himself riding so he put his camera on my Ody.
