Like Halo said, he blew...something lol.
The trip was really fun, had a great time. Had a pretty good size camp. I didn't really take many pics, but I have a few that I will post up. Got some video too. Halo will like the one of me towing him back after he had an
Engine lower end failure. We had to also deal with a little rain, but it made for some awesome lightning and thunder displays. We rode, drank, played beer pong and corn hole (a bean bag game you try to "make it in the hole"....BAZ! Where's the dirty comment?!?!?), cooked king crab legs and seafood two nights, stayed up way too late, got way too little sleep, cracked a few jokes about Caitlyn Jenner (we now refer to transmissions or "trannys" as "Caitlyns") and even chased off a thief who was driving up and down the beach at 4am looking for stuff to swipe. For those who missed the trip, well, all I can say is YOUR LOSS! LOL.
One thing I will go into detail about is I had a chance to race a few UTVs this trip. My XP1000 is 100% stock power wise, I raced another XP1000 with custom exhaust, air intake, programmer, and clutching and he only beat me by a half a length, my front bumper was in the middle of his door by the end of the race. I raced a few Can Am Mavericks, two with the factory turbo and one that was originally non turbo and he added a MCX turbo. They all seemed to be about the same power and speed. By the end of the race they all were pretty even with each other and they only had about 2 buggy lengths on me. Now keep in mind, that was a mostly flat ground race, only a slight incline. If we were to race on comp hill at Dumont or Oldsmobile at Glamis, they would have beaten me by much more. All in all, I am still really pleased with the power my XP has and I do not plan to "upgrade" anything for more power.
