Ok so you have been wrenching on your Pilot Or Odyssey all winter now its time to take it out and blow the dust off with some fun at Little Sahara OK. We have a trip planned for April 23rd to the 27th and will be staying at the Buttercup camp or also called the "North" campground. Plenty of spaces left or stay at Cowboy which is just adjacent. Come on !!

It would be more like Indiana Jones and the Temple of doom... skydiving out with a raft after the pilot left me.

They are well on their way to being recovered, wife had last knee surgery 6 weeks ago, thanks for asking. Daughter still full of metal hardware, but upbeat about it. She will finally start college this summer. Still fighting a loosing battle with hospital bills...but don't care, they are still here.

Just been so long since I had some dunes, went once last year for two days. Lots to do to be ready but i will be. Bringing several people, son and his buddies, one has his own 350 big bore. Could probably talk SpecialEd into coming too. He has a nice RZR900.

I still have not met so many of you guys yet...but sure my BBQ'd elk steaks, some beer, and great conversations we will get along great.

Gary

Well that's great :-)
Have you checked into reservations yet? The campground we we're staying at was pretty much booked, but were coming in on Saturday,I'm sure people will be heading out Sunday and especially Monday to open up spots.
Glad to hear the family is recovering well, that's good news

COOL! Looks like you and DBHardly will be representing the FL350's, if he brings his. I have a soft spot for the Odyssey 350 as they were what got me into the hobby. Glad you and your family are recovering, the bumps and bruises and bills on top of that are not fun. My ex wife had heart surgery twice at 20k a pop, I had to itemize all her bills and call BS on the stuff we got charged for that was not actually administered, insurance paid they're unfair share, then we let the remainder go to collection, not my choice, and then settled later for pennies on the dollar with a credit card charge off. Anyhow were looking forward to the sand, food, beer and campfire lies. :-)

They didnt allow campsite reservations back in 05 and I would recommend reserving unless you don't mind which campsite you stay . Check into Buttercup campground and Cowboy campground, you cant miss us, were in Buttercup. Heres a couple websites to get you headed in the right direction for making reservattions.

Thanks for the links Stix! Campfire lies!! Love it,lmao. One guy is checking to see if he can get a few days off early that week,or might be Fri-Sun for us...

Well, pretty sure my 350s will meet your guys approval...not pretty, but fast. You need anything delivered???

DB, you want to follow down from Denver bud? or pile in depending on your plans? I will be dragging a 24' enclosed.

you could take out a loan for the gas, I figured at 1.80 a gallon about $500. 24 hours on the road one way. Im sure you could swing it :-) I have ridden our fl350s and pilots on hard pack trails, wide open fields and I can say I like the dunes the best, they are wide open with rolling dunes, plenty of hills to climb at anytime you please plus miles of sandy windey trails. If we didnt have little sahara so close to me I would probably have sold my pilots or taz and taken on another hobby.
