Sorry to report I will be else where. Plus my pilot is still in storage. I know, shame on me. Have a good trip and have fun.

We will come over there and do this by force if we have to. Diplomacy, then any means necessary. Lets RIDE.

Drak is still in pieces from 2nd to last trip down there - YEA I KNOW....

Life and this shitty thing I call a job have been taking all my spare time (sigh)

(Damn lottery is not cooperating either)

I'll run trip by the S.O. tonight - Labor Day is our anniverisary - not that we do much to celebrate that anyway.

Is Eric bringing the CAT ?

Dennis

I have a feeling if you won the lottery you wouldn't be coming to "little" sahara  My Bday is Monday and we don't do anything either so why not celebrate with some sand sandwiches. Eric is not making this trip. He sold the Cat and one of his pilots, he has a pilot left. I think hes saving for the new turbo Wildcat, not much on the interweb about it just yet.

The ride was great. Fl670 made it but everyone else got busy with lifes curveballs. We had awesome sand conditions and some good times shooting through the trails, riding the bowls and having a few beers. Saw some wildlife, one huge porcupine the size of of a boar and Dennis said I ran over a couple snakes. I almost forgot we got shaken in our trailer Sunday at about 7 am in the morning from an earthquake. Cant wait to do it all over again!!

Yep - EARTHQUAKE was kinda wild...
That was a first for me - I thought STIX was outside rocking my trailer - lol

It was kinda strange not seeing another pilot anywhere on a holiday weekend, although one rather ruff FL350 did show up and happen to camp next door to me

We did get some really good rides in and even finished with a night ride - cat n mouse thru the trails
I really miss the old night rides - we got lucky as the Wind picked up and made the Sunday ride the best of the long weekend...

One thing is obvious now, the days of the narrow trails are no more...
Even beer grove was wide open...

Thanks to STIX and Jenny for all their hospitality !!!!

Til next time (and there will be a next time)
Anyone know that Band?

Later
