We ride at a couple of spots in central PA that is great for Pilots. We usually keep these rides pretty quiet. Get to know the crew and you would be welcome.
I have been riding dirt bikes the Mid Atlantic area for 20 years and know a load of places all over MD, PA and VA, most are not suitable for pilots but some are. I wouldn't want to list them out in fear of them being spread across the internet and then overwhelmed.
Personally I don't like Paragon that much because it is so rocky but they do have a few nice play areas and some roads you can cut loose on (15 mph speed limit i think, yeah right ;-) ). Then again most of the ride spots anywhere this side of the Mississippi have their fair share of rocks.
I am not as open to sharing as I once was. Having been used as a comodity that some lacked then discarded by the same so called "friends" once they could provide for themselves, it left a bad taste. It seems once they took what we had to give (info , great deals and ride spots) they decided they didn't like how we did things, took over our old posting board, kicked us out and change it to suit their own means, control and profit. Oh well live and learn , turn the other cheek , yada, yada , yada... enough whine. rant off.
Even still, I enjoy meeting and riding with like minded people, the ECJ would be a great place to get to know the crew. Truely a great bunch of guys who you can count on to save your ass when your in trouble, and will share anything anytime (except the wife).
We can plan for a PA ride at the ECJ, until then here are some pictures of a couple different PA spots.
Sorry for the dail up guys which, as of this week, does not include me.
