We went to Lyons Falls, NY and stayed here http://www.theedgehotel.com/. Hotel is right on trail system. We rode 100 miles first day, almost 100 the second. Good mix of improved roads and twisty woodsy trails. Your are allowed to ride right on town roads, so getting around is a breeze, a little hard on the knobby's though.
