Let's toss around some potential dates so that those of us who need to can start planning days off. We can also begin to identify weekends that are NO GOOD for people and plan around those days as well.

The first weekend in September is Labor Day weekend and the last weekend in October is Haloween so I guess we'll want to pick a date somewhere in between.

I'm partial to the end of September/early October myself. How about the rest of the ECJ regulars?

that way we can get orgenized
i think i will start not eating untill we get a date
terri will fatten me up no problem there
it is that i have to make plans for the dawgs
cause i think i am going to leave them home - with all the crime in nj its better for me to
let them take a bite out of crime and the deliverance guys wanted to shoot them so
it might be better they stay home - unless you guys want them there ?

October is pretty much out for me. The first weekend is really bad and rest aren't much better.

So that leaves us Sept. I am pretty game for any weekend in Sept.

looks like 24-26th is a good call.

How does that work for everybody?

I have placed the Sept 24-26th weekend on the Pilotman Wall Calendar. Will have to see if all comes together with my Pilot first and if the work thing doesn't get in the way. It is good to mark a date and then be able to beg, plead and borrow to get the days off before and after the ride.....

Thanks to Hare and Pilotnut for continuing the tradition since I am no longer on the East Coast. ;-)

we just have to be home for the pink ribbon ball on the 10/1/04
arlene is getting an award for her courage and the cash she raised
for elizabeth's foundation
so i am going to see if arlene can swing it cause there are always last minute
things that need to be done
if she cant come i guess a hooker will do

with a hooker there it might be to distracting and it might change the reason on why we really go
plus we don't want rick to take us all in or maybe he will just get me? cant have that
and she might leave with all our cash just a thought - i was just kidding you bunch of horny devils
roll in the trails - not in the hay

When are we going to nail down the date? I need to check out a Pilot from work, I want to get my name in early (it would suck to show up with out the appropriate toy to play with).

It looks like September 24-26 is the date!!

Hare - would you be so kind as to square this date with Mr. Brady and get feedback from Rick, Leo, Pete, and the rest of the local crew?

Thanks!

SAAAWEEEEEEETTT!

Brooks, Lee, Massody, Tripp, tsutton44, Odypilots, Mike, Stone, Mudd, Pilotman, Pilotnut, Hare

yeah baby!!

Yes i will pass the date on to the west md crew so they have time to brew up some surprizes.

Hopefully they can all make the seppt. date I know all of Oct. is bad for them and me .

I just found out the week before and after Sept. 24-26th are bad for me too, so I will have to fit it into the chosen weekend.

As long as nobody has any objections looks like the official date will be Sept. 24-26

and if I can pull it off (need to wait until time nears) I would even try to sneak in Sept. 23 in there to make it a 4 day weekend +

Sounds good - I will also try to make it out a day early (Thursday) so as to further extend my riding pleasure!

Has Stone confirmed that this weekend works for him and his crew?? How about Mooregoodlier(sp) and his buds?

I will be bringing out the family, from what I have read in the past I have the impression this is OK. The kids have a couple of 50's to ride (I will keep an eye on them and stay out of the way). I put in to check out one of the companies Pilots so I can play too. The boss aproved it this morning. After reading about this for the last couple of years I'm stoked to ba able to attend.

I will leave Ohio thursday after work but I will stop to camp on the way. Arive on friday and leave on sunday.
