Looking at the GNCC UTV rules, looks like suits are mandatory this year?

Yes fire suits are mandatory. You can get a new one for around $125. Get a used one if you can, its just going to get mud soaked...

Mike - I don't think I am going to make it to the first 3 races. If Connie allows it, Nathan will be racing Lorreta Lynn Qualifiers which fall on those same weekends. I don't think John will make all 6 races this year, so The #1 Plate and National Title is yours for the taking. Nnless Abby decides to run all 6 and beat you as payback for bumping her in Indy

lol payback!! So sorry to hear I wont see you down south. I plan on making all 6 as of now. Just got a call from Works Shocks I sent mine out for rebuild a month ago, they way behind on servicing guess its their busy season. Holy cow did I get sticker shock when he told me the total is over $500 just to rebuild them and change oil. Rear shocks needed new shafts as they got rusty from my salt trip a couple yrs ago. Looking forward to see you all when you do get back on the GNCC circuit. Plan on rolling into Aonia Pass, GA friday afternoon March 16.

Mike

Mike - John said him and Abby will be in Ga if you go. You never know about Drew when he might show up. You will need those new Workd shocks and a couple of practice races before you show up to Millfield Ohio. I plan to be there to give you guys the Beat down. It will be Checkers or Wrecker for the # 5 Pilot.

What are the exact rules and regulations for the single seat class. I found the ones for UTV racing but they don't seem to correlate.

The main things they look for are:
1. Rated Firesuit
2. Fire extinguisher with gauge
3. All lights work, they check to see that brake light works
4. Must be no wider than stock width they make u drive through a gauge at Tech
5. Kill switch on steering wheel must work, no tether required
6. You will need a transponder for scoring, they can be rented at the event.
7. $40 registration Fee.
