Heres a sweet pic of me sliding into a left hander. You can see how bad my suspension is set up. Peter Kay and Little Pete (suspesion guru) will have me set and ready for the next race.

Any updates?

What was changed?

Have Peter Kay and Little Pete share their knowledge on these shocks I could use some tips and tricks for the FOX airs on my Pilot lmao

Well my car is all back together and ready to do some testing. If we don't have a race what about a practice day? April 28th might work for me if anyone else is interested.

Hmm, sounds fun. I might be able to make it. I just don't want to run over any kids on bikes or quads though.

I wish they would get the kids off the track when we run. It doesnt seem safe with UTV's and Us on the track with motorcycles. Im going to ask some UTV guys to come out too. If there are enough of us we could maybe scare the kids off for the few minutes we run. then let them have their fun with out worrying about us running them over.

Just in case anyone hasn't found this vid on their own, here's my GoPro footage from the race. A few notes:

A) Sorry for the floppy dog ears, I forgot to take them off after Glamis
B) Sorry for the drooping cam mounts. I had to spend so much time with my f'd up carb that I didn't have time to get set up correctly
C)I really I woulda wanted it recording during my epic roll over as seen in one of the other vids.

Anyways, here ya go...

My neck was hurting watching it, because I was leaning my head to the right! LOL Sucks your camera moved, some good footage. Flip, we should get a Glamis trip or two planned this season. I can show you what these buggys can REALLY do in the dunes!

Looks like rain tuesday and wednesday, but clear the rest of the week up until saturday. Hopefully the track will have a good chance to dry out.

On the plus side, shoubadaba got some paint work done on his briggs car. Here are 2 pics of his buggy. Looks like it will RUN nice and COOL!!! :-)

Just had to add this photo to go along with the previous 2. Yesterday was his birthday and his wife found him this shirt. LOL

I agree. We can try the new Lake Elsinore Track? Also Steve from the Dirt Series offered to help put it on if we are serious. Might add UTVs and Trophy Karts ( run as seperate classes) to keep costs down and give us some rest and time to adjust cars between rounds.

how many people would be in for this? I would imagine it wouldn't happen unil the second or 3rd week in January at the earliest so people can enjoy the hollidays.

Just kake off his sparkplug wire so when he hits the first jump it flys off and his car dies. By the time he gets it fixed it's to late.

I say let anything show up then see how many total cars and make classes after practice.

I did notice that last year we did this in February. That is probably better so people can recover from Christmas. I will get with the Dirt Series guys on Dec 15th at the Orange show stock car race to talk about having them help with insurance and also use their contacts for UTV's and Trophy Karts. Lake Elsinore said they charge $2,000 for a weekend day plus Insurance. The more vehicles the less the entry fee for each driver.
