Points replaced and set via the manual. It's on time as a new key was installed. New Spark Plug Cap (NGK). When I first got the Oddy almost a year ago, it had a very weak looking spark. This is before I took it all apart to restore it. Put a new ground wire from Coil to Frame. I've even tried another ground with some alligator clips with same results.

What else can I test?

If you have done all the test in the manual you can do my next step would be to double or triple check every connection, the last no spark I worked on was my ATC110 I started by unplugging all connections and reconnecting then twisting them pushing and pulling on the harness I found a bad connection on the round male to female plug in connectors.

No paint between anything that is grounded like your ground wire and the coil?

Capacitor is ok?

Assume the stator checked out ok?

I was also thinking of the ground wire at the Roll Bar, underneath I didn't remove the paint. I think I will also re-crimp new connectors at all connector points.

Not sure how to test a capacitor, also not sure how to test a stator. Shouldn't it still be ok since those parts were never touched?

what hoser said. also the wires can fray where they go into the connectors, cleaning that ground up will do it good, it won't hurt to cut 1/4" off the spark wire and check end of spark plug is on tight

It's ALIVE! I had my Father in Law over for a Family Party and he's an electrical genius. He narrowed it down to a bad Coil and the Capacitor was fine. I had an eBay Coil and he just rigged it to use the old Cap. We put a cap of Gas in the Cylinder and bam, it started. My Pump is bad so looks like I am good to go. Gonna get a Mikuni Pump as my Stock Pump Rebuild failed.

Cool glad to see you have it all sorted out finding problems with a electrical system that old on something like a ATV can be a pain.
