i have a fl250 that will start and idle fine but when you give it gas it bogs bad and blow gas out the back of the carb. i have tryed 2 different carbs that work great on my other fl250 an a new coil new plug new CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) it is getting fuel the pump works great. i have noticed that it seems to have a weak spark. i think it might be my stator but not sure how how to test it or if that would even be my problem also the head light an tail light have are getting no power. this was a points Engine that i changed over to CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) but as far as i no that shoud not matter i put the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) stator and fly wheel on and it sparks but weak am i missing something?? if any one can help me out please let me no thanks

Try swapping in a different fuel bypass t. If your T is clogged.. overflow gas will be forced into the carb

Have you checked to see if your muffler is stopped up?

Quick check, unscrew the spark plug cap from the spark plug then cut off about 1/4" of the wire and screw it back on also check all the electrical connections including grounds bad connections contribute to weak spark.

Also try a plug out of the other machines the carbs work good on.
