well lets see, it has no fuel filter. also looks like some of the hoses on the Carb are missing and too short , one hangs over the belt... seems like they go in the slot on the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) mount I'm guessing? and is that a vent tube on the top of the fuel tank?

it runs fine, just doesn't seem right to me.
so yeah I need a picture or help, also what type of fuel filter does it need?
