so my step dad was checking it out saying there was no spark arrestor or something in the tip is missing. there is two holes for screws.
I plan on riding in the forest/logging roads mainly and do not want a fine, so any clue what goes there and if I can even get it?

I also was looking at fmf spark arrestor if all else fails. maybe chop that tip off and weld the after market one on?

any help or ideas would be awesome, thanks

So your looking for a spark arrestor for a stock pipe on a FL250?

I would start a post in for sale /wanted asking for one maybe provide pictures of your pipe and the missing part or where it goes.

They don't show it on the parts site.

Far as I know a spark arrestor is required on all public lands some places strictly enforce it and find you if caught without one.

Cobra makes a clamp on unit that might fit your pipe but they are expensive. https://www.google.com/search?q=cobra+s ... 00&bih=803

yes its the baffle/spark arrestor that is missing, i found a diagram with it. if you look inside the exhaust tip about 5 inches in is something shaped like an asterisk * that's what i was wondering what it was. guess time to save up for a sparky cobra.

sorry for the late response, been super busy at work lately.

Pete
