Hello-

I have a 1982 FL250. I just replaced the entire wiring harness with a brand new one. The tail light lights up, but if I squeeze the brake lever, I don't see the brake light light up. Should it?

Here is what I have. I've tried the green wire on both tabs. Seems like it should go on the lower one, but then what is the other tab on the brake light for?

I don't think any of the oddy's actually had a brake light per sae. I think they just have a rear red light when you switch the lights on. There is no pressure switch in the lines to light up a light.
The green wire is the ground I believe.
Do you have a manual ??
You can get a free pdf here: https://oddatv.com/wp-content/uploads/2 ... Manual.pdf
I believe only the Canadian models had a tail light.

OK, I see, it's just supposed to light up. No brake light, bummer.

Well, another project in the making methinks...
