GarlicGreg your 350 cylinder is done I just need to drill the holes in the piston unless you were going to do this?

brandonsharksfan your other cylinder is here its a nice CR250 cylinder the cylinder itself is in pretty good condition but it needs bored (check your PM) it will need a 1mm over piston, not sure if this uses the same piston as the stock FL250 cylinder?

Here are some pics of the CR250 cylinder someone painted the gasket surface on top of the cylinder brake cleaner made it easy to remove the paint.

File comment: I gave the cylinder a lite hone to remove the rust as you can see the bore is very uneven.

Thanks Hoser!

Could you drill the holes please?

I will e-mail you a shipping label for the return. Can you let me know how much it weighs?

Also I don't have any more cylinders that could use the OEM Honda standard bore piston, so i will offer it to any board member that could use it. I paid $120 for it.

Thanks,

Greg

Am I just sending your cylinder back alone or are all three going back at the same time?

Good question,

I'll check with Brandon and see how soon he will get you a piston.

If sending them all at once is easier for you, I can wait, my jug is for a spare motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )).

When I get that one done I'm going to swap it and then do a pictorial on removing and disassembling and match that up with the bottom end assembly tutorial I started last month. Hopefully members will give me their tips and tricks so I can incorporate them all in one place with step by step pics.

I guess it don't matter if they are all shipped together or not to me, with the exception of drilling the holes yours has been done for a while now.

I just did Tspreed's bottom end I did the bearings and seals as I do them on the Pilot, freeze the bearings then heat the cases in the oven to 200 degrees, the bearings fall right in place then install the seals once the cases have returned to room temp then grease them and assemble.. I will let you know if I have anything special for the top end, I need to dig up the info on the 350 starter might as well look inside his while it here on the bench.

i know this is a little late but
this is the piston i used in the last rebuild of my Cr250 Piston: Wiseco Part# 338M07150
you just need to make sure of the ring openings not being in the wrong place
