 Post subject: Hard starting/cold

Hi guys i have a 83 Fl250 that really is hard to start cold runs great when it does start but takes a lot of pulls to get it running. carb has been cleaned fuel pump rebuilt. everything is good clean and tight just takes so much to get it to start.
sure could use some help on this one.
