Removed the Engine today, see the missing bolts in side case, all the bolts on this side case were thumb tight I assume the missing vibrated out.

Crank cases split funky carbon around the bearings, crank looks rebuilt I assume the big end bearing failed and that's what damaged the cases.

Same thing on the clutch side, see where the seal was driven in so deep it rubbed the bearing, not sure how the seal was getting any lube. This is why I made my seal installing tool so you cant set them too deep

I added more parts I needed to your first post

94050-10000 Nut, Flange NEED FOUR the guy used all locking nuts on the cylinder.
94301-12200 Pin A, Dowel NEED FOUR I destroyed your 2 getting them out other 2 are for stock
18358-HA2-000 Ring, Ex. Metal exhaust ring that goes on the exhaust manifold, the old one was missing.
94050-06000 Nut, Flange NEED TWO for radiator
Today I cleaned up all the gasket surfaces and lapped to ensure they are flat, one crank case was not, now it is, removed all studs and cleaned, cleaned up the cylinder, lapped the deck flat, its ready to be bored, cleaned and inspected the crank its ready to install.

Pics later, more later.

Your sending a cool head?

You can see where the big end of the rod made contact with the cases at one time.

Bubble gum removed you can see the split, I would send this to Hares buddy to have it welded?

OR can any radiator shop weld aluminum radiators?

Let me know it needs sent out ASAP so we get it back right away.

Hi Hoser-rad shops can reweld that-I have had it done in the past.Do you have a local guy around by chance you can bring it too?-if not I will contact Hare via the chat and see if his guy can assist us.
I ordered the parts today-including the new items you posted-the total with shipping is $566.89 SHIPPED TO YOU.1 item is discontinued-90437-HEO-000 washer that goes behind the recoil nut
2 items are backordered till the 18th of this month:
13012-HEO-305 ring set,Piston (0.25)
91204-HEO-003 oil seal
I have not ordered the carb as I wanted to talk about options for it with the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) work, I will be using it primarily on tight windy trails so mabye stock is the best for it instead of a larger carb?It will not be on long WOT (Wide Open Throttle) runs as much of the riding here isnt that.
Yes on the cool head I will ship 1 to you
ALSO I will ship the YODA LT front a a-arm kit as well, although I have not ordered shocks for it currently I am confused as too the right shock, YODA listed in the direction a guide for them FOX airs 980-99-015-A long travel shocks but I havent been able to get that exact # online
Heres the site I have found to be the best price so far on them-perhaps someone can refer me to the right 1's here?

http://off-roadproducts.com/2_0_air_shock.html

Yoda recommends a shock with ext length of 18.29"/shock travel of 5.50"/wheel travel of 6.33'' I think the Fox Air 980-99-015-A are exact but I can't seem to find them on this site-------

Wood (2x6) has a jack under it that's how I pushed the cage back in shape, blue straps are to steady the jack .

Yesterday I got everything but the gasket kit, piston, rings, wrist pin bearing and one of the muffler cover thingies these all showed back order.

TODAY I got a package FEDEX all it contained was the gasket set, looking at the bill they are charging you NEXT DAY AIR charges each time???? Their is no need to next day air anything I live 90 minutes from them it will get here in 1-2 days depending on when they give it to the shipper....

They going to NEXT DAY AIR each of the back ordered parts one by one $$$$$$ ?

I assembled your bottom end this morning using my spare gasket kit (now yours is here were even heh) I am boring your cylinder as I type this, your Engine should be completely assembled tonight ready to reinstall into your Pilot in the morning, I will be using my spare piston, rings and wrist pin bearing, when your back ordered parts get here we will be even again, if they end up being "Discontinued" then you just paid more than anybody else ever would for a OEM piston haha :-) :-) :-) :-)

UPS came and dropped off your TWO packages you sent, they also dropped off your FL350 wiseco replacement piston (see other thread viewtopic.php?t=3596&start=108 )
