Thanks hoser, all credit goes to methodical. We have been doing fitment on fuel cells, air boxes and air inleta, finish welding, shock placement and upper shock mounts. Here is a couple pictures

Like Mudbogger said, We are doing trial fitments and component location determinations. There are a few items that are different between my buggy and his build. He is using a different axle them me, which works perfectly with his jknarfal sourced transmission output shaft. There is a slight difference in axle length necessitating some location changes versus mine. The pictures don't really show clearances etc, the cell does not hit the shock though. We placed things to find amicable synergy among all the components. The particular fuel cell being used is a few inches wider than the one I used, thus the change in location. Over all, I believe this will all work together nicely.

Are you planning on running fenders. I know with my worn out works shocks I rub just a little bit. But my fenders do sag a little as well.

I don't have anymore around for the 350. Just one for the 400.

Was going to get more quoted, but got too busy with summer's buzz. I think we were up to like 3-4 or 5 requested.

we have discussed fenders but have not gotten to planning stages for mounts and such. i do have a set for it. the floor tub also might be redesigned to run an all alumn custom built by methodical. Most everything is discissed, planned and desingwd prior to fabrication.

Ha that's awesome. :-) Wish I could have kept that pilot but shit happens.Been on another bad luck streak that started in April with the Little Sahara trip,so many things went wrong on that trip. Was in accident Fathers Day with trip to emergency room{couple small fractures and 15 stitches}then back in the hospital for blood clot in leg.Might be on crutches for 12 weeks and no disability insurance :(
But this time I kept the Pilot and sold a RZR I had acquired to help pay the bills.
Still I feel fortunate compared to what you went thru, your ordeal and rehab is- was a lot tougher then what I'm going thru

Post subject:  Re: Project #5 Kawonda FL350

Now to go along with the build i had a semi design or thought of going all alumn for the floorbtub, idea came to me way back in the day from my old PPE 350 which had street signs fir patches of my stock oem plastic tub. So going on that i was able to pirchase the begining phase of this off ebay which was just thenfloor itself that fit into a 350 cage. I cannot take credit for any fab work on it, and cannot remember the seller name but it was well thought out in principle.
We will be addding more to the base floor but here it is in the planning stages.
Also battery mount OEM re mountes on frame. if you notice the pilot rekays on the top that's to accommodate the 350 harness which has been modified by scpilot for the pilot wheel.

sorry for the spelling woes these phones have such small keys! If you notice the floor pan has a separate piece that attaches to it by the column, meaning you can remove this particular tub without having to remove the column etc like on a stock tub. Again well thought IMHO
