You might have coolant in the radiator fins as well and some coolant residue on the Engine as well. If any was spilled on the cylinder it takes along time for the smell go away. Any pics with the new wheels and tires on it?

I have chased fantom leaks because I could smell hot fluid simply because I spilled fluid all over the head. Go give it a good wash down and the smell will go away.

that's exactly what I thought! It had a slight leak in the supply hose to the head which was fixed, and I have not run it a ton to burn it off. In regards to the pictures It is funny you asked, as I was going to take some pictures and the then decided not too, guess I should have huh?
I will try to get some in the coming week, it is at my friends garage and I'll be riding it this coming holiday weekend.
Thanks again for the help!

Thanks. This is 1 of the most frustrating smells a guy can have! I searched high and low, rechecked the fluid levels, pulled that plug, got a camera to look into the head, you name it! And that dam smell keeps coming back! I however as posted have not really really given the Engine a good couple hrs of riding to "burn" the residue out or off the head/Engine. It runs great, I was thinking of installing a dial a jet in it as well, but will see how testing goes on Turbos pilot and make a decision then.
