Someone that has one of these gem of a fuel filter...measure the hose barbs and the general size. I bet there's something out there.
Honda p/n 16900-HE0-003
A lot of the fuel filters Honda used had other applications with different part numbers (i.e. like the FL350 filter also being for 70's-80's Honda Civics).

The body tapers a little to the end I measured the fattest part.
