Mikey ordered two 6306 C3 bearings from his local bearing guy we thought we would try the FAG brand they are known to be quality bearings in the past all them I have seen were made in Germany these came and it says they were made in Korea

Bunch of numbers laser etched in the outer race of the bearing that will not show up in a scan or picture so I will type them here FAG 6306 C3 KOREA G3554-0550 HB cost was $33.08 each

Quality looks the same as the Honda bearings I am disappointed they didnt come with the plastic ball separators like the FAG bearings on my ROTAX crankshaft.

Everybody please let us know what bearing you have been using on your pilot and how well it is working. We don't have much info on this thread.

I have used a few of the FAG bearings Mikey bought they appear to be quality I just ordered and received 4 more of the bearings from here http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit9871 they are Nachi brand made in Japan appear to be quality, will be using them in future builds so it will be a while for feed back.

Just picked up 2 of the Machine brand from my bearing supplier 10.79 each!

They are nachi brand 6306 c3 with shields just gotta remove shields and grease. Same as open listed earlier for 16 dollars. Got them from Applied Industrial Technologies in Nashville tn.
