7300.00 Felt that was as good as it was going to get with the economy. And he lives 45 minutes away so it was an easy deal. He has 45 acres that a track is built on. Sounds like it is slick, turns as well as small jumps. He told me we are welcome whenever. His family ownes the city store/gas station which serves burgers and pizza. Sounds like he could become my new bestest friend. He now has 2 pilots, an odyssey, quads and some go carts.

Since they are both 2003 models with turbos I want to see how much difference their truly is...

Who knows if you smoke me good enough I might just be motivated to swap in the same møtør you have
Darn thing has been sitting in a create for 5+ years now - lol

Mark took the inter cooler off and gave it the MARK touch so I am sure it is ready.. I will have two sets of paddles with me to try. A set of 26" as well as a 24" set. I am not sure what to expect out of it, I have not ridden it much here, just testing out the steering.

I am not selling it right away but I am pretty sure after a trip or two it will go back up for sale.. I want to get sandy again and see how I feel about that. My new motorhome is huge so it will cost an arm and a leg to get to and from the dunes at 7 mpg.

Looking forward to it though.. Jerry and I will have to tag team the drak unless someone has a ride for him.

E

When do you think you will go Dennis? I am planning on leaving Thursday morning to get a spot. Mark and Steph will join Friday night. Everyone else sounds like showing Sat. and Sun. Jerry hopes to ride with me but may have to come a day later.

I can not push out until late on Saturday (Kids Event Sat Afternoon) so I'll be there by first light on Sunday...
I'll be bringing a couple pilots and the Drak. Jerry can use any of my machines once I get there.
I plan on staying at least thru Thursday...

You looking at North Campground or at duces wild ?

Hey Dennis. What size tires do you run on old blue in the sand? Jerry does not remember. I have a set of Fancy wheels that are 26" front and back but they take a 1" adapter to mount them. Total, the fancy wheels will be 5" wider in the back. Not sure if that is good or not.

The other set is beadlocks that are 24" on the back and 22" on the front and will be the same width as stock, or there about.

The Fancy wheels will be purrrdy and maintain the same height as the dirt tires while the beadlocks will drop an inch or two in back and 4" in front. The lower front may be better for turning in sand..

Any thoughts?

I don't really remember - I'll be at the shop tomorrow turning some wrenches and I'll check then.

As far as I remember I haven't ran paddles on anything since Killpecker and St. A back in 2006
Airing down the stock dirt tires seems to work just fine (I've never ridden in the ultra fine sand of CA)

I may have to throw the set for the Drak in the trailer just to make sure they still work - lol

I still do that that set of killer paddles I bought from you long ago that I could run on the FL670
Wasn't a hill anywhere at St. A that those things wouldn't go straight up... Not really needed for Little Sahara thou

Ok, thanks. I am going to put the smaller set on, will be easier on the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) if nothing else. I will bring both sets though.

Hope to see you there, snow next week being called for.

I am going to let the Drakart go. I just do not have interest in the dunes anymore other than to just see everyone. I consider all offers. It has the Sprint Turbo motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) in it and I have a lot of extra parts for the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )). It will come with dirt as well as sand tires. Please make offers. You can Email me at Spcled1@aol.com. That is the best way to get a hold of me, I check email often.

It runs great. I have spare axles as well as CV's. A complete set up for sure. It needs nothing but someone to take it out. Fires right up, no wrenching between rides.
