I have a fl250 motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) that needs to be rebuilt has its complete call josh at 5058609557 I live in farmington nm

Why does it need rebuilt, does it turn over, just getting tired, is this a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) or points version?

Looking at the wires from the Engine it appears to be CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition).

Its CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) and the piston moves a little I was think it might be the bearings

I really don't know I'm just going to put a snowmobile motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) in it now and save money
