I have a complete top end for sale:

Water cooled head...KK stamped in the top.
.50 over cylinder with a really nice wiseco piston.
intake manifold.
Stock carb.

Head has pitting inside, nothing too serious, this thing is really thick. There are also 2 broken bolts in the which hold the cover to the head. Also, the groove has some damage where the o-ring seals the head to the cover, did not leak but it's only fair to be honest on the description. Had 150+ Lbs compression at time od teardown.

Cylinder is in nice shape.
Pistion is a Wiseco, very nice shape.
Carb and intake are stock but both are nice units.

Take a look and make offers.
Thanks!!!!

That was fast. Good job. I think I am going with the DG head. I think Hoser said he would pick the DG head over a water cooled anyway.

If I sale this Ody I am working on now I will be sending my Engine and parts to Hoser. I got a Elisinor Jug with DG head and pipe. 32mm carby with powerbloc and comet clutches.

I have the DG national pipe. But in dire need a nice vintage Challenger pipe. I have the tip but not the main pipe.

I sent the lower end from my parts ody to Hoser vai TPReed, it needs a total overhaul and I'll never use it anyway.
Reed said Hoser is absolutely remarkable with the engines!

Going to change clutch later today to see if this helps my high rpm engaugement problem, I think this new trans is going to grenade if I don't...way too high stall on my 102c.

Ever delt with oddavt1 on feebay?, he has new drive chains for pretty cheap. I was thinking of tearing it down and installing a new chain in the pristine case I have.

Other than the trans problems, and the noise level, it's a pretty nice ride.

What chain is he selling the problem is chains are like bearings you can buy the same chain for 14.00 or it will cost 60.00 some people buy the 14.00 chain then sell it to you for 90 bux where is another guy will buy the quality chain for 60.00 and sell it to you for the same price most people selling us parts are WHORES trying to get ALL YOUR MONEY chances of you getting the quality 60.00 chain is slim to none you think your getting a warranty with these parts your buying?

I would go to a local dealer and research chains before buying one, the last time I researched chains I think I was looking in a Denis Kirk http://denniskirk.com catalog where they listed all the tensel strengths of chain they sell their was about 10 different grades of chain you could buy for quads I didnt research chains for the FL250 trans they are a bigger chain you would need their street bike catalog.

When it comes time I need another chain for a 250 trans I will research and buy the highest strength chain they make hopefully it will be as strong as what Honda was selling, then I will take it to a cycle shop and have it pressed together I think you can get 2 FL250 chains out of one cycle chain so for about 100 bux plus what ever the shop charges you to press them together you have two quality FL250 transmission chains.
