I should still have all those things you need.I had at least 2 maybe 3 PB's that de-D'd themselves on the shaft ends.
When you make up a list let me know,I'll group em up for a pic or 2.No charge,my way of giveing-back for this great forum.
Will look tomorrow,as I still need to scrounge around in my Blokeshed for that RudeMan as well! :-)

here ya go baz. here are some pictures of the goods i need!
Thank you!
The first pic are the parts I need replaced:
[*]Three white pucks(doesnt have to be white)
[*]various puck shim weights(mine are all rusted to hell and looking quite sad)
[*]I probably need a spring.. this one has a severely rusted teal spring and there is nothing about teal in powerbloc central
[*]and most importantly the caps that hold them in as mine are SHOT.

I cannot find anything anywhere about weights as they related to desired RPM engagement.. The only thing I can find is foot lbs through the RPM range. The second pic is a question I have...

Sorry Tim,I have been too busy with work and the FL800's front and rear brakes,to get pics of what I have for you.
It's Sat night here now, just finished bleeding/adjusting the fronts.Brown  brake fluid front and rear.
Anyway I promise tomorrow morn I'll dig in the Blokeshed and get out the ol PB parts I have left for you to view/select.

Oh forgot.I'll look for that Rudeman's stuff as well! :-)

"What's wrong int he pic" for starters theres only eleven washer if two are not stuck togheter. Ooops. 4/4/3.
Since you have the bolcks, weights and caps I would put 4 washers, one cap and one block on a scale and weight. Then when you get new parts set up your block starting with that number as a base line. As far as the spring find the pound rate and try to find out the free lenght of the spring to compare to yours. The difference of free lenght will change the preload which can be shimed into shape if not out to far. If out to far it could coil bind if shimed to far. Some bench testing can tell you the parimeters. Just be carfull those springs carry a lot of energy when compressed.

Tim,finally dug em out, here's some pics...and Rand, sorry but can't find that 350 Ody exhaust ring, plus NOW I can't find that lil plastic bag of O rings and gaskets.
I saw it the other day on my pegboard, now don't know where the !@#$% it is?
I bet I put it somewhere where I would'nt forget! I am my own worst enemy, and often make things worse,by thinking I am improving on stuff, know what I mean? Image
I'll keep looking tho,and let you know if/when I find em.

Yep,I have never seen these before either, that's why I posted it discreetly for your "eye spy".
They have a lot of good info and calibration specs,I have never seen before.
I will get em cleaned up,and pass em thru my new scanner for the PO records.
I hope my brats will show me how to use the scanner. :-)...Only kiddin'...a BFHammer fixes all? :-)

Tim,you still in need of these parts? If yes then I'll wait on your wants/order then post.

Also scanning the PB calibration specs still on the way.
It's a real old interesting piece of info,I certainly have'nt seen it before anywhere.
Will be great to have it uploaded here for all to benefit from in the future.

Got your PM and address Tim,I'll post you the parts asap.

Houser,I'll also include the PB calibration spec sheet in Tim's box,he can then give it to you as the PB keeper?
Or if you want,I can post it direct to you?
It'll be better off in your hands, for the benfit of others.
