For once I'm posting something that's mine!

Selling our big girl, a 1989 Safari Serengeti 34-footer. Currently setup with 4 full-size bunks in the rear, but I have all the cabinets to return it to the original way less the queen mattress. Sleeps 10.

AM/FM/CD
2 A/C units, converted to R134A
Main awning + each window has its own awning, all in great shape

We don't use her enough to justify keeping her. And we've worked all the kinks out for you already.

Asking $13,999 OBO

PM me for more details.

No, we're not replacing it. Four of us buddies once owned it, but now just two of us do. The other two both opted out of ownership & responsibility and bought their own camper-trailers. The two of us that own it are the ones that would do any upgrades, maintenance, repairs, and driving etc anyways, so it all kinda worked out in the end (we get more $'s).

I haven't the foggiest idea what kind of fuel mileage it gets since we run the generator so much, and sometimes we're hauling 100gal water + 8 coolers + gear for 4-8 people, etc. She's not the one you want to drive from Detroit to Daytona or LA to NY. But its really good on 2-4hr sprints to the tri-state area. Plenty of power, plenty of room, and plenty of amenities. She certainly made NASCAR infield camping a lot more posh for us at Michigan.

The biggest pain is storing it. No one likes having it in their driveway. It leaks NOTHING, but it does take up space. I've got room for it at my place, but I live the furthest from any of my buddies and furthest from any of the 2-3 destinations we'd typically take. And we'd use it once in June, once in July, once in August, and then October for OSU-MI. Then she's stored Nov-to-May.

Got quite a few calls on it, but most people are tire-kickers complaining its not a diesel (not that a 1989 diesel was all that efficient either, eh?) or else they have to sell another rig to buy ours.

It's a great rig. If you know anyone interested, please pass it along. :-)
