Oh man, would love to have that belt. I just bought my Pilot this summer and it looks to me like the belt is really loose. However, I'm not sure how loose it should be in the first place. I have only been able to take it for one ride up and down the street (was going through chemotherapy all summer), and it pulled really hard, so maybe my belt is still in good shape. Heck, I'm still learning about these machines. All my previous dirt toys were chain drive.

Still, I think I'll throw in a bid. Weren't the drive belts getting rare, or were they discontinued? Were the stock belts better than the aftermarket belts? See? Still learning...

The main thing to look at is the width of the belt. The manual has the minimum width. the belt should be loose until the rpms pickup and the drive clutch engages.

Factory Honda OEM belts like this one are discontinued. And the Tuff belts that everyone likes to use are discontinued also. The only ones I know of to use now are the Polaris belt and I think gates makes a belt.

Sweet. Thanks for all the info! My Pilot came with another belt in the little belt holder inside the right side body panel. Not sure if that one is OEM or not. Haven't really looked at it. I'll take a look at the manual to see if my belt is still in tolerance.

Thanks guys!

Up to $66 now and still many hours left...if I had the $$$ I would go up to $100, but alas I r broke...

Besides, I need to buy a 16' trailer to haul around my current Pilot...and to make sure there is room to haul the second Pilot I intend on purchasing in the future...

I just found 2 OEM Mitsuboshi Pilot belts in their bags in my Blokeshed!
Forgot I still had them as spares, but now only use sled belts for both the AC550 and FL800 Pilots.
