In search of splined ebrake arm on fl350 caliper. Everything here except it would take one even if splines are stripped out.

If you can't find one just buy one from a 2006 plus Yamaha YFZ450. As you can see from the picture, it has a small hole on the back side for a return spring. Since this arm is shorter, a return spring is a must and can easily be attached from the YFZ450 arm to one of the holes for the battery box support bracket.

I would suggest a return spring anyway because the weak return spring on the parking brake cable. This is one of the Ody's weak points and has caused the premature wear out of many a set of brake pads. Honda changed the design of the Pilot's parking brake, the spring was removed from the cable and the brake lever itself has the return spring on it.

YFZ450 owners like to remove the parking brake all together so there is an abundance of these levers out there for cheap. Here's one for 5 bucks + 5 bucks shipping. You get the lever, the adjustment bolt and a new rubber boot. Unfortunately the coarse adjustment screw cam is a reverse pitch because the YFZ450 brake was designed to be on the right side of the quad.

Here is an evilbay link to one of the arms. This is the same guy I got mine from back in June of last year.
