the baffle? if all else fails search ebay for it.. ive seen them on there.. fl250 baffle

the stock muffler and insert sure rob the 250 of a lot of preformance - in my opinion

I'd second that opinion, the most performance gain to be had with a 250 is from the replacement of the stock pipe.

after the pipe a new comet clutch set up right will give you the next biggest gain in preformance.
Setup right is the trick. Out of the box is not bad but there is more to gain.
