Looking for above in good running condition. Must have the dinette set-up, not the couch! I've been looking at a bunch of motorhomes and this particular one works best for my wheelchair. They come with 100 gallon fresh water tanks, another bonus to the desert camper :-)
Thanks-tadrad.

I been searching them all and doing the "craiglook" too... Plenty 32-34' around but less of the 27-29'. The few we've looked at come with many visible issues so I'm sure there are plenty more hidden ones. Looked at one the other day but besides dry rotted tires, worn out awning, there were many signs of leaks around the ceiling making me think the roof is shot. Engine compartment was drastic and generator wouldn't start. Most of the ones I find have the couch instead of dinette. We started learning and looking 2 months back in hope of having something ready for desert season, something will present itself soon I'm sure.

Motorhomes take "ALLOT" of maintenance We had them growing up and I have had one for 6 years now I can tell you you will always be doing something to it. on the west coast if you don't have covered parking you will be repairing the roof and changing tires all the time, on the east coast if you don't have dry parking they seem to want to rott from the ground up, that being said I get a ton of enjoyment from them just don't expect to let it sit and just jump in it and use all the time :-) one of the best things you can do is get a battery tender and keep it plugged in or you will be changing batteries all the time. good luck.

Yea, Ive always shied away from RV's cause you always gotta fiddle with them but roughing it in my enclosed trailer is getting old. We have already started working on preparing a pad at the side of the house, pricing an RV tent and my girlfriends Dad gave us his battery tender from his RV(Palace on wheels) he just sold. I've learned that a well maintained roof is a good start. Like you say, I'm finding stuff that has been sitting out in 115 temps uncovered and unmaintained. Just looking for the pile of crap with the least corn in it  Seen some good ones from early 90's but they have all been the wrong layout. Something will show up... I hope :-)

If your going to store close to the riding why not get a bumper pull toy hauler like NickRZR has think his is a 21' ? I think you even be good in one with the front bath. That toyota would pull it? Might have to stick the throttle wide open lmao :-)

You really need a 1/2 ton truck to pull a toy hauler. Don't want to blow Fj sky high! If I ever win the lottery I'l buy one of those motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) home/toy haulers but first one needs to play to win.
