I have a DG National exhaust i pulled of my fl350 (paid $259.99 plus s/h ), way to loud for my liking so i threw stocker back on, easier on my brain lol Practically brand new, ran only 5 minutes if that. That silencer sucks it will make your ears bleed and get your local riding areas CLOSED should be illegal to even sell a silencer like that, its a 60's design.

Install one like Nelly has its really much quieter I didnt think it was annoying at all.

No idea on flow or performance, nice and quiet, all the welds on Nellys are perfect fit and finish perfect there were made by someone will skills, again no clue on insides will have to take sellers word for it.

I was wondering if there was any noticeable gain in performance with it stuck on the end of a DG pipe.

I was also wondering if there was any noticeable gain with it attached to the end of the factory pipe. I read somewhere that the factory pipe made more power with a freer breathing silencer when compared to the DG pipe.

Put a fmf turban core 2 on it

I did that on mine and it's way quiter than the dg ear bleeder
