80mm Odyssey rings will work too long as they are the same brand of piston, OEM to OEM wiseco to wiseco.

Your piston new or used?

Did you measure the piston to cylinder clearance to make sure its not excessive?

I have yet to see a 2 cycle piston in anything that when the rings were worn out the piston was not worn out.

Too much clearance it will rock in the bore then the piston will break and do major damage to your Engine, 200.00 rebuild turns into a 2000.00 rebuild
