The blm got final ramp plan court approval but i don't think the area will open up anytime soon. The enviros have 90 days to contest the courts judgement causing more years of delay. I think they should open it up until the finish of anymore proceeding since they had to close it for 10 years til the environmental impact report shit was done

Agreed but the people who oppose the closures will have to put their beer down long enough to make it happen and also have to focus more than 5 minutes on getting it open again.
