I have never seen a pilot with a wheelie bumper before. I guess it is used for service / storage. Look at the third picture. Looks like it is a permanent mount?????

I saw that on my phone, and at first I thought if attached to the 2 lower read arms like some sort of backyard sway bar.

Looks to me that its just a 4 wheel cart he temp attached so he can tip the Pilot back on its tail then roll it around his shop while standing up, more storage space available.
