Looking for a pilot gas cap for my fl350, old gas cap lock cylinder was packed full of sand, and either the key or lock cylinder has been worn down so it wont function. Of all the things to go wrong

Too bad the fl250 gas caps wont fit the 30 and Pilot its a non locking cap its still available and cost less than 6 bux http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/h ... 9-000.html

I used one for my 440 Pilot build I cut the neck off a old FL250 tank and welded it on, I also bought a new Honda cap a spare cap and 2 spare gaskets, gaskets are less than 2 bux each.

I need to order a few more of them caps and keep for future project tank builds you cant beat them :-)

Locking cap on the Pilot IMO was STUPID!

I gotta agree with you on this one. i had brought the odyssey with me to the college, and it took 4-5 of us the best part of an hour to get the cap off so i could put in a little gas, prime the system and start it for most of 30 seconds.
