I'm going to dig up my prints/quotes and see what the machine shop lead time and cost is looking like for a 10-spot of FL350 intakes.

Might check into making a few FL400 intakes, too, simply because it uses the same fixture.

Cool. I bought one of those new urethane ($100 + OEM style) and was pretty disappointed in it's craftsmanship.

I'd love to get one of these if/when they are made

Sorry guys, I'm hoping to finally get the quote in from the machine shops this week. I'm doing a little more shopping this time. Original shop was really good to me and I have no beefs with them whatsoever. Just that money talks.

Hang in there...

I think they ran it on a HAAS 4-axis. The flow port is funky on both intakes.

Sorry I completely dropped the ball on this, guys. Spring sprung on me and work got stupid-busy. Will try to get something to the shops this week.

Once again, I've been shipped out of town for a week for work. It totally effs up my home/work load. Sucks. I'm back but I haven't had time to queue up the models/prints for the new machine shop to quote (old place was unresponsive).

OK EVERYONE, THIS GROUP BUY IS OFFICIALLY REAL!

I've had a few interested parties on here in FL350R "Dan-i-Fold" intakes. Last count, there was enough interest for 6-7 kits.

Here is the pricing for anything under (20) kits total:

>> FL350R Intake Manifold w/ Bolts......$121
>> Rubber Flange w/ clamp...............$ 22
>> USPS Shipping (US48)...................$ 7
GRAND TOTAL...............................$150

If you want an extra flange, not a problem. Just add the cost. Don't want the flange, subtract it.

I can ship (2) kits in one parcel, so if you buy (2) you only need to pay shipping for (1).

Call me stupid, but this includes $0 profit for me. Since the machining cost is only based on 10qty, the price went up (prev was 25qty). Also the rubber flanges are now $20+tax. I will NOT be selling these on evilBay ever again because of evilBay listing fees and Paypal fees. So this is a PO.com-only deal. :-)

I cannot order until I have at least (6) committed pre-paid orders. From time of order, lead-time is 3-4wks. Cash, money order, or non-fee Paypal. I will not collect $'s until we've got at least 6-units committed.

PM me for details.

-Dan

Well, we're up to (4) intakes. Need at least (6) takers in order to make it happen. Forking out $1200 cash isn't exactly fun when you're making $0 profit! lol

Are the FL350 different to the FL400 manifolds to the angle/offset the carb sits at?

Yes, different angle on the flange face. And different exit port geometry.

We're up to 8...

darkangel - 2 (for 35mm A/S)
ridgerun - 2 (for ??)
flossy - 1 (for ??)
xlint89 - 1 (for ??)
Svt198 - 1 (for 35mm A/S)
go oddy - 1 (for 39mm carb)

Hey ridgerun, flossy & xlint89...Please send me a PM with your carb flange selection...32-35mm, 36-39mm, or both. Others, please confirm I've got your info correct. I'd like to contact the flange people to make sure they've got enough in-stock. I've bought them out a couple times in the past.

Thanks!

Dan
