I emailed the seller informing him his is a 1989 and listed a few reasons why. He still insists it is a 1990. Price is a little high too, but hey, he will figure that part out when it doesn't sell. Feel free to email and educate him. :-)

One picture and over priced, what a genius. If I remember correctly from posting on Craigslist you can post something like 24 pictures..
My 89 pilot project has a sticker on the rear left side of the frame, I wonder if he can post a pic of his model/date sticker :-)

Chrome frame bolts 1989.... Unless he swapped them out? Doubt it

What else can you see in the ONE picture that shows 89??

Chances are his title says it is a 90. If an 89 model was left over and not sold would it have possibly gotten titled as a 90?

Yeah, just the chrome roll cage bolts and side net instead of plastic side guard. Can almost see the fuse block which would be an indicator as well. I may ask him for more pics like of the Engine bay, showing a black painted head (89) or a natural aluminum finish head (90)

If he gets 7 grand for it, I'd feel like I am giving away my 1990 long travel!
