You all asked for more pictures so here they are. Last time I rode was 1996. So in all the pilot was used lightly only 6 years. Woman owned

I personally hate pictures when the thing is all wet. I'm glad you soaped it up but how about some pictures of it dry.

You should have a clip on the side of the glove box to hold the flag pole. Right about were you knee goes when sitting in it. Bend it forward and hook in the clip, instead of bending it backwards.

Old man Honda thought of everything on these pilots. Well almost.

It took me a long time to figure out what that clip on the glove box was for lol Their is a sticker on my 400EX that says helmet holder I cant find the holder.

Maybe that's armorall and not water ? :-)

Looks really good from what I can see in the pics, some kind of crap on the head?

I agree and the left fender looks bent down.

What is the asking price?

I do agree about letting it dry and putting more pics. What is your asking price?

$6000.00 does she have a title or certificate of origin for that Pilot do you know?
Nice Pilot, I am hopeful for her she gets every penny.
The picture do give the apearrance of a top cage issue, more details might be forthcoming possible as to the extent of damages? Either way good luck with the sale that is a very nice, clean stock unit with great potential!

Had the Clear title since 94 purchased outright. No loan.
Gave the phone number of the mechanic. Its all been gone over runs great. I don't understand why you want to make it out to be a beat up piece of ................ Its been used 6 years out of 24.
Again thanks, not everyone is crook.

In YOUR PICTURES the rear left fender appears to be sagging like the bracket that supports the fender is bent this is common and happens in a roll over or when someone leans on or sets on the fender 99% of the time the plastic is not "cracked" in the same picture you provided the top cage appears to be bent it looks lower on the left side than the right side using the pictures you provided it appears to me the Pilot has been rolled and suffered damage to the top cage and the left rear fender, plastic also sags from age and gravity, mostly its helped out by someone leaning something against or piling crap on top of a ATV in storage when this happens.

This is why you have been told nicely in both public and private to take and post BETTER PICTURES and more detailed pictures, you provide shit pics that make it looks like some sort of cover up then whine like a little girl and get offended for your own stupidity.

Whats REALLY insulting to me is your just too stupid to realize people are trying to help you.

Where is the link to your ebay sale, are you trying to sell the Pilot or not?

It looks like a really nice Pilot from the pics on the Ebay ad. If everything checks out; compression, shifting, brakes, fluids etc ect, then you should have no problem getting 5k in my opinion.

Miss, I can send someone out there to look at the Pilot, no problem. I will refrain from getting nasty here, but please please make sure your ready for the outcome of the viewing.

One of my concerns is that the internal parts of the Engine may have rust due to moisture from humidity after sitting so many years. I am still very interested in this pilot and will be waiting to see what the local POOA members say if you do let them look it over for us. I don't want you to take offence in what we say we all just care a lot about these rare vehicles and are just trying to help. I would expect the same if I was trying to sell my pilot. Good luck with your sale.

Very well put sir, I can ask for a viewing of the unit, but from the thread here I am hopeful the seller will not be offended to any to all downfalls of the machine, and I would not wish to hurt the sale in anyway for that matter either. But the seller has offered to have it looked at so maybe we can put this all to rest by doing exactly that!! I too was interested-very un fact and have spoken to other members here that have had the same interest, BUT sitting so long, the pictures of-alleged top cage issues-or not-have put me out of it to be honest. Also pricing these types of Pilots in the marketplace right now is tricky to say the least IMHO.
Again good luck with the sale acronkennel. I am hopeful you will sell to a member here!!

A quick check would be to pull the carb, intake and reed cage and look into the bottom end and cylinder wall for rusting.
