Its probably the guy that bought the NOS right and left Engine cases off of ebay last Friday. That was a good deal at $600. Do you have any idea how tempted I was to buy the cases and this auction. This is the closest a guy will get to a new Engine.

I already have the NOS crank, bearings, seals, water pump shaft, and impeller. Man that would have been sweet to do. I wish I wasn't such a tight ass.

Ok it didn't sell I clicked on my original link to the auction and saw that it ended. So 22 hours and counting.
