Thanks for the reply. I want a jig so I can reproduce it at least 1or 2 more times. I was talking to the maintenance guy before I started work tonight. He said rather than make a cardboard or flimsy template and drill straight into the wheel I should transfer it to a piece of metal and test it before drilling into the rim. That way if I screw up the rim won't be ruined. Makes sense to me, and it will be my jig. I'm more of a strength rather than precision kind of guy lol.
Here are some exact prints I can use to make a template. Center punch all the holes and start drilling. If i screw up I'm out a couple dollars and my time. Once I get it right I can transfer it to heavier metal and make a jig.
