Time to upgrade the RV selling the Wife's Pilot to generate some cash.

Here is a bunch of pics I took last year (4-15-16) it was rode back into the shop after taking the pics and looks the same except for some dust :-) http://www.pilotodyssey.com/cpg/thumbnails.php?album=93
Lots of History on the Wifes Pilot it might take some time to locate and add to this post.
This is the Pilot I bought from Pilotman and picked up in NJ at PilotDads house 5-8-00. http://www.pilotodyssey.com/basket.htm

Here is a list in progress.

Newer YUASA battery (correct for Pilot)
Hoserized air box lid dual intake tubes and prefilters (not in Pilot pictures but are included) More details here http://www.pilotodyssey.com/prefilter3.htm and here http://www.pilotodyssey.com/intake-mod.htm

Before selling I need to service the Pilot, drain flush the fuel system, change the coolant, change the Engine balancer oil and the transmission oil, change the brake fluid then test ride for a gallon of gas or so :-)
The faded plastic on the lights is restore-able looks worse than it is will rub out and look new.
Also need to reinstall the rear skid plate.

I will update this post as I think of things and while servicing the Pilot this will take a few days as I have been busy as hell past 8 months

Unsure of the asking price for the Pilot at this point my goal is to upgrade my current RV (Ritz III) it just turned 100k miles during the last trip West the current RV runs great over 4k mile trip pulling the trailer mountains and all it used no oil, never smokes, no knocks or ticks question is how much longer can the 36 year old RV pull the trailer before the Engine goes PoofKaboom and leaves me along side the interstate? If I was not pulling a trailer I would not hesitate to put another 50k miles on it before reevaluating, it runs rock solid will probably need new mufflers this fall and maybe a belt or two.

I am searching Craigslist for another short wheelbase Class A RV prefer a Chevy chassis goal would be a 24'- 26' Class A with the Workhorse Engine 8100 8.1L AKA 496 or 502 depending on the year.

I don't want to invest a HUGE amount of money since the RV will just set 10-1/2 -11 months a year if I was going to use the RV 6 months a year will then...

What do you guys think the Pilot is worth whole and or parted out I have not kept up with the prices I hate to see another Pilot parted out.

Plastics aren't great but I'm sure this thing runs great. Are you located in chicago? I'm in Michigan, been watching for a pilot for my wife while doing some restoration on two 350's.
